
Raymond Alley, SIOR | Raymond Alley, SIOR, is active in both sale and lease transactions involving industrial, office, and retail properties in the Shreveport-Bossier market and has extensive commercial brokerage experience in other markets including Jackson, Mississippi; Montgomery, Alabama; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Lafayette, Louisiana. Alley's client base includes national, regional, and local firms involved in manufacturing, distribution, office, and retail businesses. Services to those clients include negotiation, consultation, in-depth market analyses, and tenant representation.
Alley graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He has been active in numerous professional and civic organizations, including the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors® Association and the National Association of Realtors®. In 1993, Alley was admitted into one of the premier organizations in the real estate industry, The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an Active Industrial Member.

Charlotte Pitman |
Charlotte Pitman joined Walker-Alley and Associates March, 2004. She has held a real estate license for over twenty years, with extensive experience in the commercial and industrial real estate field, having been associated with an MAI appraiser for over ten years. During this time Pitman gained much knowledge pertaining to commercial and industrial property appraisals and personally performed appraisals on land and residential real estate.
Pitman has been in the insurance and investment field during the last 8 years, having obtained the Series 7 securities license, offering financial planning and investment advisory, as well as working extensively in the individual and group benefits market.
Pitman is a member of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS and the Commercial Investment Division. Furthermore, she volunteers her time and efforts to raise funds for the Louisiana Association of the Blind and works with the Greenwood Equine Assisted Therapy (GREAT), as a volunteer ranch hand. |

Paul Draper |
Paul Draper joined Walker-Alley & Associates in 2004 specializing in sales of commercial and industrial properties as well as land. He was previously Manager of Real Estate and Financial Services for CenterPoint Energy in Shreveport where he was responsible for managing the corporate surplus real estate portfolio. The properties were located in ten states and included land and commercial and industrial facilities. He specialized in liquidating surplus real estate.
Draper graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Draper is retired from the United States Air Force where he held senior leadership positions including Comptroller at Barksdale AFB and Deputy Chief of Staff/Comptroller at 15th Air Force.
Active in professional and civic organizations including the Northwest Louisiana Board of Realtors, the Louisiana Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, Draper is also a member of the Commercial Investment Division of the Board of Realtors. He has served as President of the Bossier City Lions Club and as Zone Chairman and Regional Chairman for the Louisiana Lions District. Draper has served as Chairman of the Combined Federal Campaign, Captain of the Federal Division, and Loaned Executive for the United Way, and he has served on the Board of Directors of the Barksdale Federal Credit Union. He has also been an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at LSUS, SMU, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. |

Don Hathaway |
Don Hathaway has been working in commercial real estate since 2000. Hathaway graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor Degree in Business/Accounting. Before becoming licensed in real estate, Hathaway spent thirty-six years in public service including twenty years as Sheriff of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, during which time he served as President of The National Sheriff's Association. |

Tony Janca Brokerage Agent |
Tony Janca joined Walker Realty in 2001
and specializes in the sales, leasing and development of commercial
properties. He has been active in the real estate industry for the past twenty-five years, serving first with a local land development company managing new residential and commercial developments, and then for 18 years with First Union Real Estate, a national real estate investment trust. During his tenure with First Union, Janca was directly responsible for the leasing and operations of several office buildings throughout the Southwest United States.
Janca has been active within the business community as a member of
BOMA and the Home Builders Association. He is an active board member
of the Caddo Parish Industrial Development Board and the State Fire
Marshal's Board of Appeals. He has served as the President of the
local Chapter of BOMA and as a member of the Downtown Shreveport
Development Corporation Board of Directors. Currently, Janca is a
member of the Commercial Investment Division of the
Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors. |

Dale Eschenbach |
Dale Eschenbach joined Walker-Alley and Associates LLC in 2006 as property manager. She is responsible for the overall property management functions of the company which include office, retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining Walker-Alley Eschenbach was District Manager for a regional apartment management company. She over saw over 1300 rental units and was responsible for training and supervising all managers. Eshcenbach attended Louisiana Tech University and has continued her education in real estate through course in Texas and Louisiana. |

Heather Spivey |
Heather Spivey joined Walker-Alley and Associates LLC in 2005. She is responsible for all bookkeeping functions of the company as well as running the day to day operations of the office. She also assists all agents in developing marketing packages and presentations. Spivey is a U. S. Navy veteran and prior to join Walker-Alley was employed at an international company in accounting. In addition to her naval training Spivey is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree from Louisiana Tech University Barksdale. |
