Raymond S. Alley, SIOR, is active in both sale and lease transactions involving industrial, office and retail properties in the Shreveport-Bossier market. Raymond also has extensive commercial brokerage experience in other markets within our region including Jackson, Mississippi; Montgomery, Alabama; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Lafayette, Louisiana. Alley's client base includes national, regional and local firms involved in manufacturing, distribution office and retail businesses. Services to those clients include negotiation, consultation, in-depth market analyses and tenant representation.

Raymond graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. In 1983 Raymond affiliated with Sealy and Company in Shreveport until he and Ben Walker founded Walker-Alley & Associates, LLC in 2003.

He has been active in numerous professional and civic organizations, many in capacities of leadership. Some of the organizations include the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®. In 1993, Raymond was admitted into one of the premier organizations in the real estate industry, The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an Active Industrial Member.

Raymond has served his community in many ways throughout his career. The Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council; President of the Alumni Association for Loyola College Prep; Eighth Air Force Commander’s Consultation Committee; Appointed by Shreveport Mayor Keith Hightower in 2000 to the Shreveport Airport Authority and served for 11 years, twice elected as its Chairman. Elected in 2011 to a position on the Commercial and Industrial Board of the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors.

In 1990, Raymond took his service to a new level, by enlisting in the United States Navy Reserve. In eleven years he advanced through the enlisted ranks and was promoted to Chief Petty Officer and in 2006 was recalled to active duty in support of Operation Enduring/Iraqi Freedom and deployed as part of the First Marine Expeditionary Force, (Forward) to Iraq and Kuwait. Much of time was spent in operations in the insurgent held Al Anbar Province while simultaneously operating as Officer in Charge of a Logistics Cell in Kuwait. Upon return from his combat deployment, Raymond was promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer in 2007 then became a commissioned officer in late 2008. Presently, Raymond is attached to Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, Expeditionary Training Group, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/ Fort Story, Virginia.
